REOI: Consultancy to Conduct Assessment of Post-Secondary Institutions – Physical Infrastructure
The Government of Grenada has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Skills & Innovation Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include an infrastructural assessment of select buildings of the T.A. Marryshow Community College (TAMCC) and the New Life Organisation (NEWLO). This is inclusive of all curricular and co-curricular laboratories and workshops as well as equipment required to support quality, relevant and innovative programme delivery. Including consideration of non-structural elements, and engagement with the private sector to participate in the diagnostic assessment aimed at ensuring the relevance of the physical and digital infrastructure for the educational offerings, and the capacity of the post-secondary institutions to share resources and conduct knowledge exchanges with other OECS Member States.
The expected duration of the consultancy is five (5) months, the expected start date of the assignment is August 2025.
