The Review Commission

The Review Commission is responsible for dealing with appeals and complaints arising from suppliers or contractors who claim to have suffered or risk suffering loss or damage due to the breach of a duty imposed on a procuring entity by this Act and or the Regulations, during a procurement process. The Review Commission is comprised of five commissioners. They meet to review and decide on claims brought to the Commission in accordance with Section Nine of the Public Procurement Act.

The Office of Public Procurement website has as one of its main objectives the promotion of best practices and consistency of the application of the public procurement rules in relation to the purchasing of good and services for the government of Grenada.
