REOI - Design Review and Supervision of the Construction of Classroom Blocks at the St. Joseph's Convent - St. Andrew's

The Government of Grenada (GOG) has received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) towards the cost of the Grenada Education Enhancement Project (GEEP) II and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds to eligible payments under this contract. Payment by CDB will be made only at the request of the GOG and upon approval by CDB, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement. The Loan Agreement prohibits a withdrawal from the Loan Account for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of CDB, is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. No party other than GOG shall derive any rights from the Loan Agreement or have any claim to the proceeds of the Loan.

The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports & Culture, is the Executing Agency of this Project and now wishes to procure consultancy services for Design Review and Supervision Services for the Construction of classroom block at the St. Joseph’s Convent - St. Andrews.

1.1. The objective of the consultancy is to provide design review and construction supervision services for the Construction of Classroom Blocks at the St. Joseph’s Covent, St Andrews. Further details can be found in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR). The duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of Sixteen (16) non-consecutive months. The Ministry of Education, Youth, Sports & Culture now invites interested eligible consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of these consultancy services.
